She Grind Pretty: Tracey Kearse Founder & CEO of AcARRE™️ Beauty

Meet Tracey, founder, CEO, and Chief Chemist of AcARRE™️. Tracey is an esteemed chemical engineer who has worked in product development and marketing for over fifteen years.

GP: How did you get started in your business?

AB: While working for a skin and hair care company, I was approached by a friend looking for a product that she could use on her scalp. At this time, my sister also came forward requesting a high-quality multi-use product for her skin and scalp. These inquiries planted the seed for me to develop a product with multiple uses for skin and hair. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, the decision to begin my own company was a natural one, and soon AcARRE™️ was formed.

GP:What is the why behind your brand?

AB: AcARRE™ is a natural prestige brand of multi-use bioactive beauty products for the beauty minimalist to age beautifully, based on modernized African and Pacific Islander ancestry elements delivering multi-level benefits, helping to re-balance the microbiome, for healthy scalp and skin.

GP: What's unique about your product/service?

AB: AcARRE™ is the first multi-use bioactive beauty brand that helps to rebalance the microbiome for your scalp and skin.

GP: What's a quote or mantra that keeps you going?

AB: The supply chain of packaging has been an obstacle due to my supplier running out and not knowing when they would have new inventory. I had to restart sourcing for my formula which was a lot of trial an error. However, I was able to overcome and find a new supplier because I did not give up.

GP: Is anything new or specific you'd like to promote?

AB: Launching in Q4 will be Beauty Refresh, multi-use bioactive clay mask that is clinically proven to help purify, exfoliate, reduce sebum, absorb impurities, and detoxify while rejuvenating and restoring moisture for the scalp and skin.
