Lost/Delayed/Stolen packages
Once a purchased item has been shipped along with tracking information, and has been scanned by postal carrier, the responsibility of receiving that package is now at the hands of that carrier. By purchasing from you, you accept the risk that items can be delayed. Items over 1 pound in weight are automatically insured for up to 100 lbs.
We will not refund due to delays outside of our control caused by postal carrier, but at our discretion we may offer a store credit or promo offer.
